We are looking for a Technical Proposal Writer to support our business development efforts through well-crafted, client-centric proposals. Key Responsibilities :

Draft and edit technical proposals in response to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs in the cybersecurity domain. Collaborate with technical teams, sales, and leadership to gather accurate and relevant input for proposal content. Translate complex cybersecurity solutions into clear, concise, and persuasive language. Ensure all proposals are compliant with client requirements and submission guidelines. Maintain a centralized library of reusable content including templates, presentations, technical documentation, case studies, and boilerplate text. Review proposal drafts for clarity, consistency, and grammatical accuracy. Assist in creating supporting sales documents such as service overviews and capability statements. Required Skills and Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, English, Communications, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in technical proposal writing, preferably in the IT or cybersecurity industry. Good understanding of cybersecurity concepts, terminology, and services. Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in translating technical content into business-friendly language. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Skills :

Familiarity with industry standards and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR). Previous experience working with MSSPs or cybersecurity service providers. Knowledge of proposal development tools and content management systems. What Rewterz Offers :
