Key Responsibilities
- Incentive Framework Design
- Develop and execute channel incentive frameworks using advanced data analytics
- Ensure incentives align with profitable revenue streams, high-margin deals, and long-term customer value
- Performance Target Setting
- Define and implement monthly performance targets and KPIs for sales teams and partners based on data-driven insights
- Establish challenging yet achievable goals to enhance sales productivity and partner performance
- Sales Promotion
- Design and manage sales promotions to drive product bundling and cross-selling across sales channels
- Develop time-bound campaigns to accelerate sales and improve channel participation on focus areas
- Sales Channel Collaboration
- Establish structured collaboration with sales teams and channels to align on performance KPI and growth strategies
- Facilitate regular performance reviews with business support managers and feedback sessions to identify challenges and improvement areas
- Integrate sales team feedback into incentive models to drive alignment and motivation
- Compensation Structure Optimization
- Optimize channel compensation models with tiered incentives rewarding multi-year contracts, cloud adoption, and recurring revenue streams
- Ensure the compensation structure drives long-term strategic deals without discouraging short-term sales
- Performance Tracking and Payout Management
- Implement real-time performance tracking dashboards with automated payout calculations to improve transparency and motivation
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in incentive payouts
- Sales Recognition and Motivation
- Introduce gamified sales recognition programs to enhance competitiveness and engagement among sales teams and partners
- Promote a high-performance culture through targeted recognition and reward initiatives

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related fieldCertifications in Sales Performance Management (SPM), Data Analytics, or Compensation Design would be a plusProficient in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools for data analysis and reportingAbility to interpret complex data sets and convert them into actionable insightsExperience with platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or other CRM and incentive management toolsStrong understanding of P&L management, revenue streams, and cost structuresAbility to link incentive outcomes to business profitabilityExperience in developing automated performance tracking dashboards and payout calculation modelsDeep understanding of the B2B sales cycle and channel dynamicsBenefits
