What you will do

Responsible for leading the organization’s finance transformation journey by driving strategic initiatives that enhance financial agility, transparency, and operational efficiency across the group. This role involves championing the adoption of digital finance solutions, streamlining financial processes, and ensuring alignment with industry best practices, ultimately positioning the company for long-term, sustainable growth.

How you can express your talent

  • Lead the formulation and execution of a group-wide finance transformation strategy, focusing on long-term innovation, financial agility, and alignment with corporate vision.
  • Ensure continuous assessment and recalibration to meet evolving business and industry needs.
  • Oversee the development of a robust digital finance ecosystem, integrating ERP, AI-driven analytics, and RPA to streamline processes and enhance decision-making capabilities.
  • Optimization of end-to-end finance processes through automation, standardization, and telecom-specific best practices, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Enhance finance processes through Lean Six Sigma and other frameworks to drive efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement. Identify and eliminate process inefficiencies to reduce cycle times, working hours and enhance value delivery.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and digital finance readiness through effective change management strategies and capability-building programs for finance teams.
  • Build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships to ensure the finance transformation agenda is aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Finance, Management Sciences, or a related field
  • Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC)
  • Business Process Mapping & Modeling
  • Financial Process Automation
