Software Project Manager

Ideal candidate must have 5+ years of work experience with 2+ years in the capacity of Project / Development Manager. Candidates with .Net and / or PHP application development experience would be preferred. Role Requirements & Experience

Computer Science degree or equivalent Project Management accreditation and / or equivalent experience with formal Project and Development methods (desirable) 3+ years software development experience including complete software development life-cycle 2+ years project management experience 2+ years experience leading technical teams Demonstrated experience contributing to the commercial imperatives of associated business processes (not just technical direction) Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize work, delegate as appropriate and work well to deadlines Strong and clear communication skills - ability to communicate effectively across the business Self-motivated and resourceful Strong mentoring, negotiation and influencing skills Ability to effectively manage relationships both internally and externally In return you will be rewarded with a competitive salary package, exciting projects holding responsibility for cradle to grave delivery and play a proactive role in the management team.
