Key Responsibilities Social Media Marketing & Brand Building

Develop and implement multi-platform content strategies across

Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter

Drive

community engagement ,

influencer collaborations , and

brand ambassador programs

Capture and share internal events to boost

employer branding

and showcase company culture

Maintain a consistent

visual identity

using

Canva ,

Adobe Photoshop , or similar tools

Partner with HR to enhance internal communications and external brand perception

Email Marketing & Conversion Optimization

Manage campaigns via

Klaviyo ,

Mailchimp , and

HubSpot

Execute

A / B testing ,

audience segmentation , and

behavioral targeting

Improve

open rates ,

CTR , and

conversion metrics

Monitor KPIs using

Google Analytics ,

Meta Business Suite , and email dashboards

Align digital efforts with

business goals ,

growth targets , and

ROI objectives

Stay ahead of trends in

SEO ,

content marketing , and

digital strategy

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in

Marketing, Communications, Business , or related field

Minimum

3 years of experience

in

digital marketing ,

email campaigns , and

social media strategy

Proficiency in

email marketing platforms

(Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.) and

analytics tools

Strong grasp of

social media algorithms ,

content trends , and

engagement tactics

Experience in

influencer marketing ,

employer branding , and

content creation

Excellent

copywriting ,

communication , and

project management

skills

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required)

Familiarity with

Shopify apps

for email / SMS / push marketing

Knowledge of
