We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter based in Pakistan to join our team. This role will focus on sourcing, recruiting, and managing engineering talent from Pakistan to meet the needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical recruitment and a proven track record of successfully placing candidates in tech roles.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify, attract, and engage with qualified engineering candidates.
• Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates and industry contacts.
• Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the technical and cultural requirements of our clients.
• Collaborate with our recruitment team to understand client needs and tailor sourcing strategies accordingly.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including initial outreach, interviews, and offer negotiations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and changes in the job market to effectively advise clients and candidates.
