Generating leads from multiple platforms Reaching out to potential carriers / drivers to enroll them with the company Schedule and dispatch drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods Coordinate and communicate with drivers to track shipment progress Utilize computer systems and software to find loads for drivers. Requirements : Fluent in English (both written and verbal) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Previous experience in a trucking company is a plus.
