client communications, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and resolving any issues promptly . Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and ensuring our services align with their needs. Regularly communicate with clients regarding campaign performance, data requirements, and any other related matters. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for clients, utilizing a mix of text marketing, ringless messaging, and email marketing techniques. Lead a team of marketing professionals in the implementation of campaigns, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively. Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to optimize strategies and maximize ROI for clients. Manage and mentor a team of marketing specialists and coordinators, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback. Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, ensuring team members are aligned with client objectives and project timelines. Work proactively to retain existing clients by delivering exceptional service, demonstrating value, and continuously improving campaign performance. Oversee the collection and analysis of campaign data, providing insights and recommendations to clients for ongoing optimization. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field ; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience of
minimum 2 years in marketing management roles,
preferably within a
digital marketing agency
environment. Strong understanding of
outbound marketing techniques , including
text marketing, ringless messaging, and email marketing , with a focus on the
USA market. Exceptional client management skills, with the ability to build rapport, communicate effectively, and address client needs proactively. Demonstrated leadership abilities, including experience managing teams and driving collaboration towards common goals. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing campaigns. Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, email marketing software, and analytics tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
