Position Overview Japan Electronics is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Accountant Assistant

to join our Accounts & Finance team at the Head Office. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience who possess a solid understanding of accounting and finance principles. The selected candidate will assist in day-to-day accounting operations, reconciliations, and financial record management.

Key Responsibilities

Perform

bank reconciliations

and maintain accurate financial records.

Assist in

voucher preparation and posting

for daily transactions.

Support in conducting

fixed asset audits

and maintaining asset registers.

Reconcile vendor and customer ledgers on a periodic basis.

Assist in preparing financial reports, summaries, and supporting schedules.

Maintain documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

Support the finance team in month‑end and year‑end closing processes.

Handle petty cash entries, data entry, and filing of vouchers.

Perform any additional finance‑related tasks assigned by the Manager Accounts.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education :

B.Com, BBA, BS Accounting & Finance, or equivalent qualification.

Experience :

Fresh graduates or up to

1 year

of relevant experience.

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in MS Excel

and basic accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or Oracle).

Strong understanding of accounting principles and journal entries.

Soft Skills :

Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
