We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, reporting, and day-to-day accounting operations. This role is critical in ensuring financial accuracy, cost efficiency, and strategic support across the organization.

Responsibilities :

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to align with company goals

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management use

Monitor financial performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights

Oversee accounting tasks including basic bookkeeping and record-keeping

Manage petty cash transactions with full documentation and reconciliation

Evaluate financial statements and monthly / quarterly expense reports to monitor costs and ensure budget compliance.

Generate comprehensive reports for decision-makers

Coordinate with third-party tax consultants for tax compliance and filing

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or professional certification is a plus)

Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles

Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance

Proficiency in Excel and accounting software tools

Excellent analytical and communication skills

High level of accuracy, integrity, and time management
