Base pay range About the client :
Our client is a fast-growing lead generation agency based in the USA and works with a growing portfolio of clients within the ecommerce and influencer marketing industry.
Our client has a policy of “no jerks” for both clients and team members and is looking to grow its client servicing team with exceptional super-stars who are passionate about what they do and have the right attitude.
About the role As a Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll work closely with our sales team to build prospect lists after doing market research and following the criteria set by the team to ensure quality and relevancy. You have experience building lead lists, doing data research, and utilizing tools like Apollo, Find that Lead, Hunter, etc., to find the correct information.
You’re someone who loves to dig into data and ensure timely delivery of your lists to ensure the sales team pipeline is always full.

What you’ll be doing
Build prospects lists daily based on the research criteria defined by the sales team
Use tools like Apollo, Hunter, Find that email, and others to build lists
Verify all emails through email verification tools
Review websites of leads to extract valuable information that is used in outreach campaigns like products sold, industry served, etc
Create Google Sheets that contain clean, verified information which is then added to outreach tools
Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold emails and outreach
Manage the outreach tools to ensure emails get sent on schedule
Manage the LinkedIn accounts to build connections for the management team
Who we’re looking for
2+ years of experience in data research and data mining
Experience selling services would be a plus
Experience with Hubspot, Notion, and Airtable would be a plus
Hands-on experience with tools like Apollo and other lead scraping tools
Experience with outreach tools like Instantly, Lemlist, Mailshake would be a plus
Highly organized and detail-oriented, but you don’t get stopped by the details
Extremely flexible and adaptable
Great with moving parts and multiple balls in the air. Doesn’t drop the ball
Notice errors, glitches, and things that may fall through the cracks
Position : Lead Generation Specialist
Remote Status : Fully Remote
Preferred Location : Pakistan
Working Hours : 8 am to 5 pm EST
Holidays : US Holidays
Salary : PKR 80,000 to PKR 100,000 per month + Commissions
