Job Specification Requirements
Experience in Google Ads campaign management (minimum 0.5 - 1 year).
Strong understanding of digital KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS).
Ability to manage budgets and optimize campaigns for performance.
Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
English proficiency (B1–B2 or higher).
Stable internet connection.
Experience in Facebook Ads or other platforms will be a plus.
We Offer
Base Salary : $250 USD / month
KPI Bonus : Up to $50 USD / month (based on quality and performance)
Performance Bonus : 1.5% of monthly ad spend (+100 USD - 700 USD depending on spend)
