Requirements
Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-4 years of professional experience in training and development, with exposure to OD activities.
Proven expertise in designing and facilitating training programs.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles, competency frameworks, and training evaluation models.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Strong analytical ability to assess learning outcomes and recommend improvements.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Responsibilities
Conduct training needs assessments (TNA) to identify learning requirements and skill gaps across teams and departments.
Design, develop, and deliver training programs, including technical, behavioral, and leadership sessions, aligned with business goals.
Create and manage the annual training calendar and ensure timely execution of learning programs.
Evaluate training effectiveness through post-training assessments, feedback, and performance tracking.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to source or deliver specialized training programs.
Maintain comprehensive training records, reports, and dashboards for management review.
Support the onboarding and orientation process to ensure new hires integrate effectively into the organization.
Research and implement modern learning methodologies such as blended learning, microlearning, and e-learning platforms.
Support OD initiatives including performance management, career development, and employee engagement programs.
Contribute to leadership development, succession planning, and talent management processes.
Assist in driving change management and cultural transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with HR and management to design frameworks that enhance overall organizational effectiveness.
