Director Credit Management

PTCL Group is seeking a senior professional to oversee Credit Management & Bad Debt Recovery functions across all regions of PTCL.

Responsibilities

• Devise recovery strategy for the credit management department aligned with the overall business strategy, goals and vision of the organization. Ensure timelines, goals and KPIs are met.
• Supervise credit management functions including Pre-sales verification, Collection, CMP implementation, Adjustment Management and bad debt / CPE collection from default.
• Introduce and document policies and procedures to improve recovery of receivables (Default) with innovation, efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop internal controls and governance strategies for smooth operations. Establish cost-effective ways to enhance governance of recovery operations.
• Ensure compliance with legal, ethical and financial standards. Enforce proper policy and procedure to increase collection from bad debt.
• Monitor and coordinate activities of regional teams to achieve regional, zonal and overall targets set by management.
