ALETHIA AI is hiring a Growth Marketing Associate – AI to support campaigns, content, and community, turning ideas into impact across channels. The role involves executing plans, creating assets, analyzing results, and collaborating across teams to lift the brand and community every day. ALETHIA AI is leading the Agentic AI movement and has partnerships across Solana Mobile, AWS, OpenSea, and others to build the foundation for decentralized AI, including the world’s first intelligent NFTs (iNFTs) and on-chain AI agents for mobile. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Social Media Management

Develop and execute engaging content across multiple social media platforms, aligning with ALETHIA AI’s brand voice and strategic goals. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize reach and engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all digital channels. Campaign Support & Digital Marketing

Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns, including email marketing and digital advertising. Participate in the creation of marketing materials, including blogs, newsletters, and press releases, ensuring all content is innovative, accurate, and impactful. Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential market opportunities within the Web 3 ecosystem. Support the development of go-to-market strategies for new product launches, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making. Partnerships & Collaborations

Contribute to the identification and management of strategic marketing partnerships, helping to expand ALETHIA AI’s reach and influence. Assist in coordinating events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and community engagement. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure seamless execution of projects, maintaining clear communication and alignment with company objectives. Manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently, demonstrating strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Requirements

A recent graduate or a professional with 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the tech, AI, or blockchain sectors. Demonstrated ability to create compelling content and manage digital platforms, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management software and email marketing systems. A creative, scrappy, and innovative thinker who thrives in dynamic environments and is always looking for ways to enhance and optimize marketing efforts. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Remuneration
