We are starting with an online skills-based assessment tool to help companies select the best talent. We are seeking a Frontend Developer experienced in ReactJS to join the core team and help shape the product from the ground up. Responsibilities

Designing and implementing user-facing features using ReactJS Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code Optimizing components for maximum performance across devices and browsers Collaborating with back-end developers and product managers to improve usability Writing and maintaining robust and scalable code Qualifications

2+ years of proven work experience as a Frontend Developer, preferably with strong experience in ReactJS Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and familiarity with newer EcmaScript specifications Experience with data structure libraries and RESTful APIs Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements A knack for benchmarking and optimization Strong analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude Role Details
