We are looking for a Public Relations Manager to join our dynamic team and strengthen our partner network through effective relationship building, strategic influence, and brand collaboration.
Position Overview
The Public Relations Manager role requires strong communication, influencing, and analytical skills, along with the ability to identify partnership opportunities and support business growth through effective collaboration and strategic outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively to build trust, influence decisions, and strengthen partnerships.
- Support and execute communication strategies that enhance RCL’s market visibility and partner engagement.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Sales and digital Marketing) to ensure smooth partnership management.
- Represent RCL in industry events, business forums, and partnership meetings and coordinate all public relations activities.
- Monitor partnership performance, analyze feedback, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Contribute to PR and digital marketing initiatives that promote RCL’s reputation and brand values.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong influencing, negotiation, and persuasive communication skills.Excellent relationship management and engagement capabilities.Strategic thinker with a collaborative and proactive approach.Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Understanding of digital marketing and public relations principles.Ability to multitask and manage diverse partnerships in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.3–5 years of relevant experience in relationship management, business development, PR, or digital marketing (preferably in the remittance, fintech, or financial services sector).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital communication tools.Strong command of English; additional language skills will be an advantage.Why Join RCL
