Assistant Manager Administration Ary Communications (Pvt.) Ltd, Pakistan

Supervising all office and administration functions, guest arrangements (travel booking, hotel booking), guest welcome, telephone / mobile bills, etc. (To take care of in the absence of executive Front Office). Company asset management. Upkeep and maintenance of company assets. Coordination with all division representatives and supporting in administration activities. Maintenance of employee attendance / leave records and sending necessary data for salary preparation. Statutory compliance with Government agencies as per applicable law e.g. Electricity, Service Tax, etc. Supervision and management of outsourcing contractors like security, travel, housekeeping, etc. Handling purchasing. Exposure to general accounting functions like bills clearance, vouchers preparation, etc. Supporting expatriates as and when required. Maintenance of office. Supervision of renovation work. Job Specification

Graduate / Post Graduate Experience in handling administration functions. Knowledge of handling computers. Good command of English. Self-motivated, organized, and hard-working. Information Technology and Services - Karachi, Pakistan
