Key Responsibilities

Identify and convert business opportunities to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead qualification to closing deals and onboarding clients.

Develop a strong understanding of agency offerings, including performance marketing, creative services, content production, and brand strategy.

Conduct meetings and presentations with potential clients to understand their business goals and propose suitable marketing solutions.

Maintain consistent follow-ups and relationship management with prospects and existing clients to drive retention and referrals.

Collaborate with internal marketing, strategy, and creative teams to develop tailored proposals and pitch decks.

Maintain accurate records of sales activity, forecasts, and client interactions in CRM tools.

Stay updated on digital trends, marketing tools, and industry best practices to effectively communicate value to clients.

Represent the agency professionally at networking events, industry meetups, and online forums to enhance visibility and lead generation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within a digital marketing or creative agency.

Strong understanding of digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, YouTube) and client communication.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to understand client pain points and translate them into actionable marketing solutions.
