Job Description
We are seeking professionals to support our overseas real estate agency by :
- Sending up to 1,000 WhatsApp and email messages to potential clients, including homeowners and investors, to inquire about their interest in selling or leasing their properties, using bulk messaging and emailing software.
- Cold calling homeowners to inquire about selling their properties.
- Responding to queries received from our website and social media platforms.
- Updating property listings based on responses from homeowners.
Compensation includes a low base salary, supplemented by an out-of-industry commission structure. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills and attention to detail in managing client interactions and maintaining accurate listings.
Requirements & Skills
