Senior PHP Web Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled

Senior PHP Developer

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have at least

4 years of experience

in developing and maintaining scalable web applications using

PHP

and modern frameworks. You will play a key role in architecting and implementing high-performance backend solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the best coding practices. Key Responsibilities :

Develop, optimize, and maintain web applications using

PHP

and modern frameworks like

Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony . Design and implement scalable and secure backend solutions. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Develop and manage

APIs

(RESTful & GraphQL) for seamless data exchange. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot technical issues. Ensure adherence to

coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines . Manage databases using

MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB , ensuring efficiency and security. Work within

Agile / Scrum methodologies

to ensure timely project delivery. Utilize

Git

for version control and collaborative development. Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance and code reviews. Requirements :

Strong expertise in

Wordpress, Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony . Proficiency in working with

MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB . Hands-on experience with

RESTful API development and integration . Strong understanding of

OOP, MVC architecture, and design patterns . Experience with

front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Vue.js, or React

is a plus. Familiarity with

Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services like AWS or DigitalOcean

is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues. Experience in

CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices

is an advantage. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Skills :

Experience with

microservices architecture . Knowledge of

unit testing and automated testing frameworks . Understanding of
