Social Media Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company’s marketing goals. Manage and update social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, image, video) that aligns with brand messaging. Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries and comments in a timely manner, and engage with followers. Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports on social media engagement, reach, and growth. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand representation across all channels. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to apply innovative strategies. Run paid social media advertising campaigns and optimize them for performance and ROI. Coordinate with influencers, partners, and brand advocates to boost visibility and engagement. Monitor competitor activities and stay informed about industry trends to identify opportunities for growth. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization. Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights). Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for social media trends. Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.
