Job description

Responsibilities

Develop high-quality Java applications in alignment with business requirements and technical specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and rigorously test software solutions.
Participate actively in code reviews to ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.
Identify and troubleshoot applications to diagnose and rectify software defects.
Continuously improve software performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Stay abreast of the latest Java technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
Contribute to the enhancement of development processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

3-10 years of professional experience in Java development.

Demonstrated experience working on Java-based projects.

Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Java Developer) are advantageous.

Strong proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks.

Solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies.

Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or similar technologies.

Familiarity with relational databases and proficiency in SQL.

Knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web services (RESTful APIs).

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
