Base pay range Salary : PKR 190,000 to PKR 225,000 per month

What you’ll be doing

Manage social media accounts, create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and analyze performance

Assist in the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and nurture series

Manage PPC campaigns, Adwords and analytics

Manage and grow the company’s social media presence

Conduct market research and analyze data

Assist with content creation and optimization

Help to manage and maintain the company’s website

Collaborate with team members on various projects

Collaborate with the team to develop and execute digital marketing strategies

Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks

Support the team in all aspects of the creative process

Assist in developing client proposals and pitch presentations

Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and technologies

Who we are looking for

3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field is a plus

Social media marketing and management across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)

Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact)

Experience with Google Analytics

Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and best practices, including SEO, PPC, and analytics

Experience working in a digital agency or similar fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Strong project management, ability to multitask, and attention to detail

Proven ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Position : Digital Marketing Assistant

Remote Status : Fully Remote

Preferred Location : Pakistan

Working Hours : 8 am to 5 pm EST

Holidays : 20 PTO days per year (can be used for US or local holidays, accumulating over the year)

The Digital Marketing Assistant will work closely with the team to develop and execute digital marketing strategies and will be expected to keep up with the latest marketing trends and technologies. The candidate should be able to analyze data and provide actionable insights and have strong verbal and written communication skills. Additionally, the candidate will develop and execute email marketing campaigns and other digital marketing tasks.
