Responsibilities

Handle all queries related to assigned customers. Provide email- and telephone-based support to customers. Diagnose and resolve complex customer issues. Act as a liaison between customers and technical departments. Engage senior technical staff as needed for troubleshooting. Resolve customer issues professionally and effectively. Generate invoices for assigned customers. Skills Required

Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office. Passion for working with people and helping customers succeed. Ability to take ownership of tasks and ensure their completion. Quick learner of new technologies. Effective multitasking and stress management skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
