Job Summary DOSTSOL Global is looking for an experienced

Medical Billing Team Lead

to oversee billing operations and ensure accuracy in medical billing and coding. This role is responsible for supervising a billing team, managing claim submissions, resolving denials, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and support the medical billing team to achieve performance goals.

Ensure accurate coding and timely submission of claims in compliance with payer guidelines.

Review and resolve escalated billing issues to minimize denials and maximize revenue.

Implement process improvements to increase accuracy and operational efficiency.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reporting for management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational revenue cycle objectives.

Qualifications

Proven experience in medical billing and coding (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS).

Prior leadership or team lead experience in a healthcare billing environment preferred.

Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Coding certification (CPC, CCS, or equivalent) is an advantage.

Shift Timing / Location 6PM-3AM (Monday to Friday) – Johar Town, Lahore.
