Business Development Specialist

We’re a growing software house based in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, looking for a motivated and skilled Business Developer to join our in-house team. If you have experience with Upwork bidding, lead generation, and web scraping, and are ready to help us scale — this is for you.

Key Responsibilities :

Bid on Upwork and other platforms to win new projects.

Scrape and gather client data for targeted outreach.

Generate quality leads through LinkedIn, email, scraping, etc.

Draft tailored proposals and maintain client communication.

Collaborate with the internal tech team to align service offerings.

Meet regular business development goals.

Requirements :

1–2 years of experience in Upwork bidding or similar roles.

Strong skills in scraping and data-driven lead generation.

Fluent English communication (written + spoken).

Must be available to work on-site full-time at our Karachi office.

Proactive, organized, and performance-focused.
