Manager Production Bakery Items Qualifications :

MBA with BSc Hon or MSc in Food Science and Technology Job Responsibilities : Get demand from outlets and perform daily production planning as per requirement, providing production targets to subordinates. Ensure on-time production and timely delivery of products at retail outlets. Maintain a clean working environment through food hygiene policies, staff training, and ensure well-maintained equipment and sanitation conditions. Ensure that all lights, ACs, generators, and kitchen equipment are in working condition throughout the production shift. Maintain security and discipline at the factory. Purchase raw materials as per production demand and ensure Just In Time Inventory to reduce expiry risks of various food items. Reduce wastage of raw materials during production. Document all recipes of bakery items and perform research and development for producing new bakery items. Prepare daily reports on purchasing raw materials and submit to the Accounts Department. Manage staff shift timings, shuffle staff, and ensure on-time presence of staff in the factory daily. Inform the HR department regarding the need for staff in the factory when required and avoid overstaffing. Oversee overall factory management. Job Specification
