We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you’ll play a key role in generating interest in Liveforce and setting up our sales team for success. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to launch a career in sales at a tech-forward company. Key Responsibilities
Identify, research, and engage with potential clients via outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn. Conduct initial outreach to understand the prospect’s needs, qualify leads, and identify potential sales opportunities. Set up meetings between qualified leads and the sales team, ensuring smooth handoffs. Maintain accurate and organized records of interactions and activities in the CRM. Build rapport with prospects and educate them on the benefits of Liveforce to keep them engaged. Meet and exceed weekly / monthly targets for outreach and qualified meetings, adjusting strategies as needed. Gather insights from interactions to inform marketing and sales strategies and identify trends in customer needs. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred but not required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a natural ability to connect with people. Motivation to succeed in a sales role, with a proactive approach to learning and achieving goals. Comfortable using CRM software and sales tools; able to learn new platforms quickly. Strong ability to prioritize, organize tasks, and manage time effectively. Ability to handle rejection professionally and use feedback constructively.
