Responsibilities : - Plan and implement engaging curriculum and activities for preschool children. - Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic development. - Observe and assess children's progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly. - Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and staff to create a supportive educational community. - Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programs and experiences. Job Specification : - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to create a nurturing and stimulating environment. - Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young children. - Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate practices. - Proficiency in classroom management and lesson planning.
