Level 2 IT Engineer

Job Summary

We’re seeking a proactive and experienced Level 2 IT Engineer to join our technical support team. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality remote and on-site support, implement IT infrastructure solutions, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution and clear communication. Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 support for cloud and on-premise infrastructure Deploy and maintain servers, networks, storage, and virtual environments Conduct technical audits, contribute to pre‑sales proposals, and assist with client planning Maintain accurate documentation, timesheets, and meet SLA / CSAT targets Requirements

Experience with Aruba, Azure, VMware ESXi or Hyper‑V Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure
