Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled data analyst to join our Learning & Development team. The ideal candidate will have experience in using data to drive insights and decision-making, and will possess strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities :

• Collect, organize, and analyze data related to Learning & Development programs, including but not limited to training effectiveness, learner engagement, and learning outcomes.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, SISENSE, Tableau, and other visualization tools to communicate data insights to stakeholders and support decision-making.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer business questions, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements to Learning & Development programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the design, implementation, and evaluation of Learning & Development programs.
• Build predictive models using R and Python (optional) to identify trends and forecast outcomes related to learning and development initiatives.
• Use Excel to clean, transform, and analyze large datasets, and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Participate in regular meetings with the Learning & Development team and provide regular updates on data analysis progress and insights.
