Assistant Manager - Restaurant

Intermediate with experience but preferably a Graduate. Manages operation of restaurant during scheduled shifts including daily decision-making, staff performance, customer interaction and satisfaction, scheduling, planning, product quality and cleanliness. Responsible for the operational efficiency and profitability of the operation. Develops and implements plans for continuous service improvements, optimizing profits and increasing sales. Hard Working Punctual Conflict / Bottleneck Resolving Dedicated Self Motivated Warmly welcome guests at entrance and show gratitude at leaving. Assists with guests' needs in lobby. Updates regarding all promotions. Receives guests' feedback and handles complaints. Periodically measures and maintains the quality, service, and cleanliness standards in lobby.
