We work with the client team to drive operational efficiency and data accuracy for a scaling B2B company. You will own complete CRM management, sales reporting, and administrative support for the revenue team. Responsibilities include managing lead data quality, creating sales reports, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth handoffs between sales functions. The company provides comprehensive sales tools, established processes, and clear performance metrics.

What success looks like 100% data accuracy across all sales systems with timely reporting and seamless sales process support. You will work with established sales teams that rely on accurate data and efficient processes for revenue growth, with direct access to senior leadership and clear progression opportunities within the organisation.

Responsibilities

Own CRM management, sales reporting, and administrative support for the revenue team

Maintain lead data quality and ensure accurate data across sales systems

Coordinate sales activities and facilitate handoffs between sales functions

Produce regular sales reports and dashboards

Collaborate with client teams and internal stakeholders to improve operational efficiency

Qualifications

Excellent spoken and written English

2+ years of experience in sales administration, sales operations, or CRM management

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Experience coordinating between sales teams and supporting sales processes

Fast and reliable internet connection; own laptop / desktop; quiet working environment; good quality headset
