Job Description

The pandas have embarked on an inspiring journey to serve “Meal for Every Table.” This adventure began in the bustling hub of our Delivery Heroes, Vendor Partners, Suppliers, Panda marts, and Passionate Home chefs, all united by the dream of delivering joy through delicious food & more. Together, our pandas face challenges, bring innovations, and with unwavering determination and heart, they strive to deliver Meal for Every Table.

Join us on our journey as we aim to connect with 25% of Pakistan’s population, delivering more than just meals, uplifting lives, and driving positive transformation throughout the nation. Come onboard as “Senior Executive, Virtual Account Management” and play your part in the Commercial Domain.

Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of 400+ vendors.
  • Achieving targets for Vendor Operating Hour, Vendor Fail Rate, and Offline Hours.
  • Acquisition / Selling : Reaching / calling out to vendors to sell growth products / tools on foodpanda platform, achieving weekly and monthly targets.
  • Building and maintaining a portfolio of vendors to generate revenue.
  • Account Management / After sales service : Take end-to-end ownership, be the main point of contact for the assigned accounts and manage their requests and issues, ensuring 100% vendor satisfaction.
  • Relationship Management : Create long-term relationships with accounts, maximize their return on investment, engagement, and satisfaction.
  • Analysis : Make data-driven decisions to understand the performance of assigned vendors to ensure highest return on investment and better retention.
  • Partner with internal teams : Collaborate closely with finance, deals, partner care, and sales to ensure smooth vendor experience and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Has an acute sense of responsibility and can take full ownership of the function.
  • Must be a hustler, willing to go above and beyond to achieve targets & extend support to peers.
  • Must exhibit a process-oriented and data-driven approach.
  • Ability to act and behave like a mentor for the team. Showcase compassion, will & humility.
  • At least 1‑2 years’ experience managing clients.
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills.
  • Sales experience in account management or sales in FMCG, B2B, or e‑commerce.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, or Google equivalents.
