Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to potential leads and clients.

Present company services (web, app, and marketing)

professionally and confidently.

Follow up on leads, inquiries, and proposals to close sales.

Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through effective communication.

Collaborate with the marketing and project teams to align client expectations.

Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and feedback.

Achieve monthly targets and contribute to the overall growth of the sales pipeline.

Qualifications

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

Prior experience in

sales, telemarketing, or client communication

(preferably in IT or digital services).

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Comfortable working with CRM tools or lead management systems.
