Senior Systems Analyst (Remote)

5+ years of experience in systems analysis or a related discipline.

Working Hours : 8 hours per day, 6 days a week

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst with 5+ years of experience to lead the analysis and development of systems, providing strategic solutions to enhance operational performance and optimize internal systems. The ideal candidate must be able to deliver high-quality documentation, manage complex projects, and demonstrate a deep understanding of business requirements. Fluency in English is a mandatory requirement, and the candidate must be proficient in both written and spoken English.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Lead the gathering and analysis of business requirements from multiple stakeholders.

Prepare and oversee the development of critical system analysis and business requirement documents, including :

System Requirements Specification (SRS)

Business Requirements Document (BRD)

Functional Requirements Document (FRD)

Use Case Descriptions

Wireframe Design

Provide leadership in data flow modeling and system process diagramming.

Collaborate with development teams to ensure the proper implementation of system updates and modifications, ensuring alignment with business needs.

Conduct and manage system testing post-modifications to ensure quality assurance.

Generate and present regular reports and recommendations to senior management.

Provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and mentoring to junior team members and other departments.

Detailed process and flow diagrams using UML.

Required Skills :

Technical Document Writer : Expertise in writing high-quality technical documentation, including SRS, BRD, and FRD.

Diagramming (UML) : Advanced proficiency in creating visual diagrams such as flowcharts, case diagrams, and data flow models.

Experience in writing User Stories and defining use case scenarios.

Fluency in English : The candidate must have excellent written and spoken English skills.

Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities with excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

Experience Requirements :

5+ years of experience in systems analysis or a related discipline.

Proven experience in a senior role with a track record of leading projects and delivering high-quality system analysis.

Educational Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
