Job description

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in institutional trading concepts (BOS, CHOCH, Order Blocks, Fair Value Gaps, Liquidity Sweeps), technical indicators, and risk management logic. The role involves building, testing, and optimizing a fully automated trading system according to a detailed client strategy specification.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and optimize a fully automated trading system according to a detailed client strategy specification.
  • Develop and implement Expert Advisors (EAs) using the MQL5 programming language on MetaTrader 5.
  • Translate complex trading logic into automated systems, including multi‑timeframe confirmations (4H, 15M, 1M), EMA‑based trend filters, institutional logic (BOS, CHOCH, Order Blocks, FVG, Liquidity Sweeps), and session‑based filters (London, New York sessions).
  • Implement dynamic lot sizing, multi‑stage take‑profit, trailing stops, and partial close logic.
  • Implement risk and drawdown management features (daily limits, max consecutive losses, equity protection).
  • Configure news filters, time‑based trade restrictions, and multi‑symbol execution.
  • Create on‑chart visual indicators (OB, FVG, BOS / CHOCH, session highs / lows).
  • Conduct forward testing and optimization on client’s demo account (Vintage Broker).
  • Debug, refine, and optimize EA performance under live‑like conditions.
  • Prepare a comprehensive test report showing trade behavior, SL / TP validation, lot sizing, and session accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of hands‑on experience in MQL5 development (MT5 platform).
  • Strong understanding of algorithmic trading, market structure, and price action strategies.
  • Proven experience developing and testing complex EAs with multiple filters and institutional trading logic.
  • Strong grasp of risk management, lot calculation, and order execution models (Market / Instant).
  • Experience working with multi‑symbol and multi‑timeframe systems.
  • Familiarity with news API integration and external data filtering (optional).
  • Excellent debugging and optimization skills using MT5 Strategy Tester.
  • Ability to prepare clear documentation, parameter guides, and test summaries.
  • Experience with Forex, Gold, Indices, and Commodities markets.
  • Knowledge of VPS deployment and latency optimization (preferred).
  • Strong expertise in institutional trading concepts (BOS, CHOCH, Order Blocks, Fair Value Gaps, Liquidity Sweeps), technical indicators, and risk management logic.
