Book Keeper / Accountant Location : On-Site (Islamabad, Pakistan)

Responsibilities

Record financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, and payments) in accounting software daily.

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including bank and credit card reconciliations.

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, preparing and issuing invoices.

Record and reconcile online marketplace revenues (Shopify, Amazon) with internal records.

Download and record vendor invoices from portals and reconcile vendor statements.

Maintain payroll records and assist in payroll processing as required.

Prepare accurate financial statements : balance sheet, income statement, cash flow reports.

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial regulations, and internal policies.

Maintain organized, up-to-date, digital financial records.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

2–4 years of bookkeeping or general accounting experience, preferably in fast‑paced environment.

Hands‑on experience with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software.

Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and reconciliation processes.

Proficiency in Excel and digital record management.

Familiarity with e-commerce marketplaces (Shopify, Amazon) is a plus.

Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
