FetchSky is seeking a dynamic Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join our team and lead the end-to-end delivery of cutting-edge technology solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to impactful initiatives that shape the future of our technology solutions. Key Responsibilities :

End-to-End Project Management : Lead the full lifecycle of projects from ideation, estimation, and planning to design, development, testing, implementation, and ongoing support.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with product owners, architects, engineers, quality assurance teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery across multiple scrum teams and product lines.
Single Point of Contact : Act as the primary contact between internal teams and partners, facilitating communication and alignment throughout project lifecycles.
Agile Methodologies : Implement Agile practices, manage sprint planning, retrospectives, and ensure high performance across teams.
Delivery Excellence : Ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality project delivery, driving outcomes that meet business objectives.

Key Qualifications :

Preferably a BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other technical disciplines.

4+ years of Software Project Management experience.

Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in a fast-paced environment, ideally with exposure to managing complex technical projects.

Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and hands-on experience managing multiple scrum teams.

Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work across functional teams and engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on deadlines, budget, and quality.

Experience working with cross-functional technical teams (product, development, QA) and external partners.

Technical understanding of the software development lifecycle, system architectures, and modern digital platforms.
