Job descriptionStrong expertise in NestJs (backend) and VueJs (frontend) . Solid knowledge of SQL / NoSQL databases : MySQL, SQLite, MongoDB. Experience with Synology NAS (DSM, Docker) . Hands‑on knowledge of IoT protocols : MQTT, CoAP, FTP. Proven ability to work with and improve existing codebases. Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment . Full-time initially, transitioning to part-time. Remote. 8 hours per day (initial months), reduced hours later. Monday to Friday. Flexible.
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Software Developer to join our team for the IoT / Data Management Platform .
The role focuses on maintaining, refactoring, and optimizing the existing NestJs (backend) and VueJs (frontend) codebase, while managing databases and integrating IoT devices.
This is a remote position , starting full-time with the option to shift to part-time after the initial months.
Key Responsibilities
- Extend and maintain the existing NestJs + VueJs codebase.
- Refactor modules to improve performance and reliability.
- Maintain daemon services for data ingestion and processing.
- Manage data flows across MySQL, SQLite, and MongoDB databases.
- Operate within Synology NAS (DSM / Docker) environments.
- Integrate and test IoT dataloggers via MQTT, CoAP, and FTP
- Troubleshoot, log, and optimize system performance.
