Preparing various analytical and management reporting for the business in a timely and accurate manner Providing visibility, insight, and explaining the story behind the numbers Preparation of regular forecast and annual budget, planning and analysis Support ad-hoc financial reports and projects as assigned, including new business opportunities or initiatives The role requires an individual who partners with the business, seeks continuous improvement, has a consumer-focused mentality and is an excellent teammate Delivering monthly financial forecasting including variance analysis which identifies key drivers of financial performance and areas of opportunities Build a network with Global Graduates from different parts of the world by taking part in BAT Grad Academy Contribute to international business by participating in global cross-market projects under the supervision of a dedicated Coach & Mentor What Are We Looking For?

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or a related field 1-2 years of experience in Finance or a related field Open to relocate globally High academic performance Prior internship, practicum experience; student organization or other leadership experience Proven leadership skills Strong eye for business and a strategic approach Intellectual curiosity and ambition Bold and innovative thinkers who thrive in collaborative environments Committed to making an impact and driving results Eager to take on complex challenges and demonstrate tenacity and perseverance Ability to learn on the fly and apply learnings to make value-maximizing decisions Excellent interpersonal oral and written communication skills Comfortable developing and delivering presentations utilizing data and insights What We Offer You
