Video Editor & Communication Designer

We’re looking for a creative professional who can bring ideas to life through both video storytelling and visual design. You’ll lead the creation of high quality videos, brand assets, and marketing materials that communicate our message clearly and beautifully across digital platforms. Strong experience in video editing (reels, podcasts, ads, motion product videos, and brand videos). Skilled in communication design able to create social media creatives, presentations, thumbnails, and marketing visuals. Excellent sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual hierarchy. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar tools. Ability to take ownership from concept to final delivery - including editing, and overall design direction. Strong understanding of brand consistency and visual language. Experienced in creating content for digital marketing campaigns and social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.). Comfortable collaborating across teams (marketing, product, and founders). Requirements

2 – 3 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, or communication design. Strong command of tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma. A strong visual sense with a portfolio showcasing both design and video work. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills and an understanding of brand storytelling. Experience in social media or tech / startup marketing is a plus. Benefits
