Key Responsibilities and Deliverables :

Operational Excellence Management :

Check exception reports, obtain information for discrepancies
Monitor call cycle activities and revise call cycles if required
Monitor and review Operational KPIs to ensure Organization strategic objectives are met within the region.
Ensure operations team adheres to parameters
Communicate information to operations team
Analyze and respond to business information to design and implement operational improvements that remedy underperformance and respond to improvement opportunities
Identify, develop and execute opportunities and ad hoc initiatives and drives to increase operational excellence.

Effective Leadership and Team Management

As an Area Manager, you are responsible for delivering organizational objectives, through active engagement and collaboration with employees at all levels in the organization.

Be a role model for effective and positive leadership which is ethical, results driven and futureoriented.

Provide ongoing feedback, mentoring, advice and coaching to direct reports, supporting skill development, continuous improvement and increased competencies through an effective performance management framework.

Through effective inspirational and practical leadership, facilitate the creation of accountable, fullservice teams who understand and strive to meet the needs of all client, customer and group objectives

Continually inspire, motivate and develop people to understand what is expected of them (co-create a team / organizational culture of high accountability)

Take full responsibility for performance of all direct reports, motivating and managing them in relation to quality standards and agreed benchmarks and objectives, focusing on all aspects of sound people management, such as : ? Recruitment ? Development ? Remuneration and rewards ? Leave management and labor turnover ? Performance management ? Career path planning ? On-the-job training, coaching & mentoring
