Responsibilities

Layout / Concept Finalization of Hydraulic Circuit and parts. Well conversant with Hydraulics parts like Hydraulic Pump, Filters, Inter Cooler, Hydraulic Lifts, Auxiliary Valves, Control Valves, ATB, HTB, etc. Knowledge of designing Hydraulic Pipes, Clamps, Lift Housing casting, etc. Good exposure of 3D Modeling, Assembly through NX Software. Exposure to Tolerance Stack analysis. Review / Checking of drawings. Well conversant with Design specifications, Design calculations, etc. Good exposure of Designing documentation, ECN / EDN, Input to Service Catalogue. Well conversant with design software like UG NX, Team Centre, SAP, etc.
