We are seeking a talented Multimedia Developer to join our eLearning production team. This role requires strong video editing skills, an eye for design, and the ability to produce high‑quality multimedia content that aligns with our brand and instructional goals. You will collaborate closely with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and multimedia specialists to support effective learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into polished, high‑quality videos for eLearning courses and training modules.
• Create motion graphics, 2D and 3D animations (3D a plus), and visual effects to enhance learner engagement.
• Design and develop graphic content, including catalogs, brochures, thumbnails, marketing banners, and course layouts.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to align visuals with course scripts and learning goals.
• Add titles, transitions, background music, and sound effects for professional finishing.
• Format and export videos for various platforms (LMS, SCORM, MP4, YouTube, etc.).
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials and follow design guidelines.
• Organize and manage project files, templates, and assets for efficient reuse.
• Ensure accessibility compliance (captions, color contrast, readability).
• Stay updated on design and video production trends, tools, and best practices.
• Support internal teams with creative assets for communication and marketing needs.
