At AFH Pakistan, we are looking for a Partnership Development Coordinator to join us in our newly established Pakistan office in Islamabad. You will join us on a full-time basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary which is negotiable depending on experience.

Job Purpose :

To support the  Country Director of AFH Pakistan  in driving the organization's growth through proactive management and coordination of  institutional funding and strategic partnerships .  The role holder will be responsible for securing funding and developing strong relationships with  institutional donors, trusts, foundations, and the corporate sector in Pakistan .

Key responsibilities :

1. Partnership Development Strategy & Planning (25%)

• Lead the development and implementation of Partnership Development strategy to enhance AFH Pakistan’s ability to attract funding from diverse sources while ensuring coordination across fundraising efforts.
• Proactively develop and maintain strong donor relationships, gaining a deep understanding of donor priorities and strategies to align funding opportunities with programmatic goals.
• Develop and strengthen strategic partnerships with key institutional donors, particularly the UN agencies, FCDO, Global Affairs Canada, GIZ, GGP Japan and the Corporate sector organisations in Pakistan

2. Proposal Development (35%)

4. Due Diligence Documentation and donor mapping (10%)

5. Capacity Building (5%)
