About the job Design Sales Officer - Work Together Responsibilities :

Assist customers in selecting and designing custom interiors, including furniture, color schemes, and fixtures.

Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of design trends, materials, and products in order to provide informed advice to clients.

Develop and present design proposals to meet the client's needs and preferences.

Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and installation of design projects.

Achieve sales targets by actively reaching out to potential clients and converting them into satisfied customers.

Stay up-to-date with industry developments and innovations to enhance sales strategies and improve service offerings.

Requirements :

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate effective customer interaction and sales.

A flair for design and interior aesthetics with the ability to persuade and influence customer decisions.

Basic knowledge of design software and tools is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications :

A diploma or degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Less than 1 year of experience in sales or a similar role, preferably in the design or retail industry.

Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build strong customer relationships.

Problem-solving skills to address customer needs and resolve issues effectively.

Creativity and an innovative mindset to offer fresh and exciting ideas to customers.
