Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential leads via outbound email, LinkedIn, and cold calls.
- Conduct discovery calls to qualify prospects and understand their needs.
- Deliver product demos and manage the pipeline through to close.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM (HubSpot / Salesforce experience preferred).
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly pipeline and revenue targets.
Requirements
Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).2+ years of experience in B2B sales.Strong communication, negotiation, and objection‑handling skills in both German and English.Experience using sales tools such as CRMs, dialers, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation.Self‑motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, remote environment.Fully Remote : Work from anywhere with international teams
