PKR 416,666 – 620,000 per month + shift allowance PKR 31,000 per month
Hours :
40hrs, Monday to Friday (12 : 00pm – 9 : 00pm)
Holiday :
17 days leave + Public Holidays
Probation period : 3 months

To understand more about Giant Group and our services please browse our website at : the role As the Business Performance & Projects Manager, you will have an impact on how Giant delivers its most important strategic priorities and client implementations. You will sit at the center of the organization, bringing structure, discipline, and visibility to business-wide projects while ensuring that teams stay aligned and workstreams progress smoothly. Therefore, you will be responsible for coordinating strategic initiatives, managing project tracking and action plans, and supporting both the Head of Implementation and the CEO / SLT to turn plans into execution. The desired outcome of this will be to strengthen Giant’s ability to deliver with focus and consistency, driving organized delivery, clear reporting, and ensuring no loose ends as we continue to grow and improve performance across the business.
Key responsibilities of the role include :
Supporting the Head of Implementation by managing the project mechanics across all client implementations.
Structuring and tracking business-wide projects, ensuring delivery is transparent and on time.
Providing the CEO and SLT with disciplined follow‑up, visibility and structured reporting.
Chairing cross‑functional project meetings, capturing actions and driving them to completion.
Building the dashboards and reporting rhythms that keep the organisation aligned.
Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Implementation Support (Project Coordination)
Support the Head of Implementation by managing implementation project plans, actions, timelines and dependencies.
Build clear project tracking in Smartsheet for each client implementation, keeping all teams aligned.
Run the coordination side of each implementation meeting : agendas, actions, risk logging, follow‑up.
Escalate delays or gaps early, ensuring the Implementation lead has everything needed to make decisions.
Maintain consistent standards across all implementations so every client on boarding runs smoothly.
Business Performance & Cross‑Functional Projects
Create and maintain a central register of all strategic and operational projects.
Track milestones, risks and owners, and provide structured updates to the CEO and SLT.
Drive cross‑team delivery discipline : clear actions, deadlines, follow‑through.
Support planning cycles, quarterly reviews and business‑wide prioritisation.
Keep project documentation organised and up to date.
CEO & SLT Support (Dotted Line)
Work closely with the CEO on priority planning and structured execution.
Prepare agendas, briefing packs and follow‑up notes for leadership meetings.
Maintain a live action register across leadership, projects and operational discussions.
Provide weekly visibility on progress, risks and areas needing intervention.
Reporting & Visibility
Build Smartsheet dashboards that provide real‑time visibility across implementations and business projects.
Produce weekly summary reports for the CEO, SLT and Implementation Lead.
Ensure overdue tasks, stalled items and risks are highlighted quickly and clearly.
Your ideal experience & competencies
Your experience for this role :
5–10 years in project coordination, project management, PMO or business performance roles.
Strong project‑tracking and delivery experience.
Advanced Smartsheet knowledge (dashboards, automated workflows, reporting).
You can only excel in this role with :
High organisation and attention to detail.
A calm but firm communication style, comfortable holding people to deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
The ability to juggle multiple projects without losing focus.
Comfort in a fast‑moving environment with shifting priorities.
